I’ve been lucky enough to be part of delivering 10 March Madness tournaments to millions of fans - many of them wildly successful (as evidenced by winning one Sports Emmy and several nominations). I attribute much of that success to being in a thriving culture that allowed teams to work really well together and people to do amazing work. It wasn’t just about executing a massive event; it was about being part of an environment that fostered collaboration, trust, and innovation. That culture was the foundation that enabled us to meet challenges, push boundaries, and create unforgettable experiences.
